You might have already caught up with the seismic intensity of new artists joining our lines. The variety and originality is getting more explosive with each precious newcomer, and at this point, we’re not far away fromgetting lost in the maze of visual treats. However, in the recent days, there’s one exemplar who’s particularly successful at catching our sights. The enigmatic figure going by the name of Rupola surely knows what’s good!
Well… She’s Chic and Twisted
The artiste herself claims that her creative output is “Her world through her pen” which, consequentially makes us realize how dim and uninteresting some of our worlds are in comparison. Hazy, daring and mish-mashing a plethora of drawing techniques, artworks by Rupola serve as a lesson in abstract art that, despite an unhealthy stereotype or two, can be quirky and witty while simultaneously maintaining a rather serious edge. It’s all about princesses, ostriches, the power of spirit and a complete artistic emancipation. Rupola is, after all, a self-confessed dreamer, something that demands a serious gut to freely express these days.
And Genuinely Inspiring
Not much is known about the biographical details of Rupola. However we do know that the Riga-based artist has a penchant for photography whilst her status quo is “Stay hungry, stay foolish”, a spot-on duo of qualities that young artists should take into account if they wish for their creative juices to flow smoothly in a long term. Her favorite subject during the school days was geography, for it (largely thanks to the teacher’s talent) offered a detailed preview of what’s outside, waiting yet to be explored.
She has always embraced an atypical approach to the strange and unknown, being keen to dive into the next big adventure since the artist finds difficulties to be a mere exercise of the consciousness. Isn’t that like the most encouraging way to put it?
Other than that, art serves as a medium through which Rupola strives to express her inner being. Her best buds are the always-reliable radiograph pens, watercolors, and pencils, objects that, as the evidence suggests, can become real weapons of love in the hands of our latest artist! Rupola’s art is loaded with filigree textures, admirably appeased conflicting visual motives and some genuinely awesome jewelry patterns. To put it in her own words, every new drawing of hers is a beginning of a new life, a creation of new Rupola. As for us – we just watch and love every incarnation of the lady.
Rupola’s artworks are available for all of the Creame products. That should be enough of incentive.
